Hi everyone!
I know that my last post was around one month ago, but that really doesn't mean that I'm abandoning my book blog. Rather, I've simply stumbled upon a rather annoying reading slump that won't go away no matter what I do. I've tried reading around ten books in the past month just to shake off this slump but I've only managed to enjoy and finish one (Spark by Brigid Kemmerer). Anyway, I'm still in a reading slump for now, and as a result, I can't write reviews, most especially since I haven't finished most books that I've started to read.
However, I'm here writing this post for three reasons - I just wanted to post here on my special day (I'm turning 21 today - time flies!); I also wanted to say hi to everyone (I hope you all haven't forgotten about me!); and lastly, it would mean a lot to me if you guys can recommend some good titles. I have to get rid of this slump, after all.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post. I'll be back writing reviews as soon as I can, I promise!

Q: Worst cover? What is the worst cover of a book that you've read and loved?
This cover is horrible. Absolutely horrible. Rich Boys (to be honest, I really don't like the title either), while indeed about romance, also tackles a myriad of other topics, and this cover definitely makes the book seem... shallow, for the lack of a better word.

Today's WoW spotlights Emily Hainsworth's Through To You:
Title: Through To You
Author: Emily Hainsworth
Release Date: October 2, 2012
Published By: Balzer + Bray
Camden Pike has been
grief-stricken since his girlfriend, Viv, died. Viv was the last good
thing in his life: helping him rebuild his identity after a
career-ending football injury, picking up the pieces when his home life
shattered, and healing his pain long after the meds wore off. And now,
he’d give anything for one more glimpse of her. But when Cam makes a
visit to the site of Viv’s deadly car accident, he sees some kind of
apparition. And it isn’t Viv.
The apparition’s name is Nina, and she’s not a ghost. She’s a girl from a parallel world, and in this world, Viv is still alive. Cam can’t believe his wildest dreams have come true. All he can focus on is getting his girlfriend back, no matter the cost. But things are different in this other world: Viv and Cam have both made very different choices, things between them have changed in unexpected ways, and Viv isn’t the same girl he remembers. Nina is keeping some dangerous secrets, too, and the window between the worlds is shrinking every day. As Cam comes to terms with who this Viv has become and the part Nina played in his parallel story, he’s forced to choose—stay with Viv or let her go—before the window closes between them once and for all.
