Q: Summer Reading. What was your favorite book that you were REQUIRED to read when you were in school?
Definitely Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights. Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray and Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's dream are close seconds, though!
Wuthering Heights wasn't required reading for me but it is a great book!

I somehow missed this one through my education, guess I will have to add it to the Classics To Read Pile.

I read Wuthering Heights and The Picture of Dorian Gray for school, too. I really need to reread A Midsummer Night's Dream because I don't think that I fully appreciated it the first time that I read it.
